A system has been developed internally. Once the Allotee apply for the obtaining construction permit, the Inspection shall be done as per the Mandate. An office order has been issued for online submission of inspection report within 48 hours to the Department.

PROCESSING OF APPLICATION FOR CONVERSION OF LAND / CHANGE IN LAND USE FOR LAND OUTSIDE OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS/ IDCs

The Authority prepares the Master Plan, acquires land for development and demarcates the land for different uses in the master plan under the provisions of the UP Industrial Area Development Act 1976. The Authority carries out development activities as per the Master Plan. As per the present policy of the Authority, the entire proposed urbanizable area is to be developed by the Authority itself. Conversion of land use for private land owners is not permissible. If in future, any such provision is made. It shall be informed through public notice.

Design and develop an online single window system for granting construction permits with following functionalities:

i. A common integrated application for all internal and external agencies required to provide applicable NOCs / Approvals such as Fire services, water body, Discoms, AAI, NMA, Forest, Labour, Factory Directorate etc.

Stipulate that construction permits, are provided within 45 days

(i) Building Plan approval is provided within 30 days:
The Sanctioning of building permit shall be within 15 working days from the date of application for the plots sizes upto 40000 sq.m. and for plots sizes above 40000 sq.m. Sanctioning of building permit shall be within 30 working days.

ii. Plinth inspection is done within 7 days of intimation
Once the application is received online for obtaining construction permit / Plan approval, the list of applicant are shown in the internal system which is called 'ComputerizedAllocation of Inspectors' in which the applications are randomly allocated to inspectors which will be their assigned project. And after the 7 days of receiving the application, the system automatically will assign the date of Plinth inspection to the inspector.

iii. Final completion / occupancy certificate is provided within 8 days (7 days for inspection + 1 day for issuing the completion)
Once the plans are scrutinized and inspection is done, the objection if required shall be sent to the applicant and as soon as the objections are resolved, the certificate shall be issued. The Sanctioning of building permit shall be within 15 working days from the date of application for the plots sizes upto 40000 sq.m. and for plots sizes above 40000 sq.m. Sanctioning of building permit shall be within 30 working days.

The list of approved industrial building plans for at least past two years shall be available for third parties verification.

A system has been developed in which third parties can easily verify the approval certificates in the public domain. Once the Allotee apply for the building plan approval, the approval certificate shall be made available on the YEIDA website for third parties verification.
