Welcome to the Official Website of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

Established in 2001 under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Area Development Act, 1976, YEIDA is the nodal agency responsible for the planned and sustainable development of the region along the Yamuna Expressway, covering the notified areas of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Hathras, Mathura, and Agra. Our mandate extends beyond infrastructure—it is about creating a well-planned industrial, residential, institutional, and commercial ecosystem that generates lasting value for investors, industries, and citizens alike.

YEIDA’s development strategy is anchored in integrated planning. We are committed to developing world-class industrial and institutional infrastructure, strengthening multimodal connectivity, promoting tourism and heritage, and fostering balanced urban and rural development within a cohesive regional vision.
